Question

Is it possible to transpose a score to a different key?

Answer

There's no easy way. You can easily change the key signature, but you will have to change all of the fret numbers on the tab staves manually. The Shifter Tool (see the Tools menu) can help with this, but it wasn't designed with transposition in mind.
