Screencast: Add A Second Guitar To A Power Tab Score

Step 1 - Adding a New Guitar to the Guitar List

To add a new guitar to the guitar list, proceed as follows:

  1. On the Guitar menu, click Setup.
  2. Click the Add Guitar button. Add Guitar button
  3. Update the guitar settings to your liking.
  4. Click OK.

Step 2 - Attaching a New Staff for the New Guitar

To attach a new staff to an existing section, proceed as follows:

  1. Move the position indicator to the section where you want to attach the new staff.
  2. On the Section menu, click Attach Staff.
  3. Select a staff type that matches the number of strings on the guitar you added in step 1 of this article.
  4. Select the placement where you want the new staff to

Step 3 - Inserting a Guitar In Symbol

To insert a guitar in symbol, proceed as follows:

  1. Move the position indicator to the start of the new staff you attached in step 2 of this article.
  2. On the Guitar menu, click Guitar In.
  3. From the guitar list, select Staff In for the guitar you added in step 1 of this article.
  4. Click OK.
